CONSTRUCTION
We will build everything you need! Since 2017, we have been building comfortable hotels, rotation camps, modern catering and consumer services complexes, safe and high-quality roads, as well as implementing utility and social infrastructure projects. Our main advantage is that we are at the same time investors, customers and property developers, engaging contractors only for specialized works. Therefore, without exaggeration, we put our soul and the hard work of a team of professionals in each project.
TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
COC REALTY operates one of the largest car fleets in Western Kazakhstan. Over 800 vehicles ensure uninterrupted work of production facilities - 545 passenger cars, 200 buses and minibuses, 120 units of specialized machinery. Our own complex at the Tengiz field is fitted with modern equipment for repair, painting and washing of machinery. We operate the most modern and reliable machinery made by global manufacturers. We provide any transportation services at the highest level!
HOSPITALITY
Actively developing the hospitality industry in Kazakhstan, we cooperate with all international oil companies and successfully compete with large hotel chains. COC Realty owns and maintains over 1,000 hotel rooms and apartments. Our residences and hotels are distinguished by beautiful location and developed infrastructure, and hotels are filled with a unique atmosphere of coziness. Rotational villages are a completely new level of comfortable temporary housing for rotational workers. We will be glad to welcome every guest!

INTERNSHIP
If you are a senior grade student, then we are pleased to offer you an internship program in our company. The internship lasts from 1 to 3 months.
