Caspian Offshore Construction Realty is an accommodation and services provider to the oil and gas sector and associated companies operating in western Kazakhstan.COCR provides serviced accommodation, catering, leisure, personnel transport, office space, and warehousing to its international clientele throughout the Caspian region.
We own and operate over 500 serviced apartments, three restaurants and two extensive fitness centers in Atyrau and can provide personnel transport for requirements from 1 to several thousand passengers.
By the end of 2014 we will open a serviced apartment complex of 56 units in Aktau as well.
